I’m not a skier but I’ve been seeing pictures and hearing from people that conditions are pretty prime across Eastern Washington, North Idaho and Western Montana, especially compared to last year.

The first couple of days were really rough but end of the week was better.

After two weeks of waking up, playing Fallout 4 and drinking beer while getting paid, I've been completely spoiled.

It’s too bad it was so cold over New Year. A lot of skiers that I know bagged it for that weekend because it was hovering around zero.

Pussies. I just got some battery powered boot heaters, no problemo. We’ve been up several times when it is zero most of the day. It’s only if it gets windy and below zero when things get a bit dicy for health and safety reasons.
